6-1-2005 Texas: .A San Benito father allegedly gave a 40-year-old man a beating after he was allegedly caught molesting his 13-year-old daughter early Sunday morning. According to a probable cause affidavit, the girl was sleeping on a couch at her family’s home in the 30000 block of Calle Contento when Jose Alberto Quezada approached her.
Quezada, who was identified as a relative, allegedly kissed the girl’s genitals while she was sleeping shortly after 5 a.m. Sunday. Jail records show Quezada could also face undisclosed federal charges from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Although it was not clear on Tuesday if the father would face charges, Lucio said the case remains under investigation. : by The Brownsville Herald ..more..
