Cinder block thrown through window of Jerry Sandusky's home
Twenty-four hours after Penn State students rioted in the State College streets following the ouster of football coaching legend Joe Paterno, the home of Paterno’s former defensive coordinator, Jerry Sandusky, was reportedly vandalized Thursday evening.
According to the Patriot-News of Harrisburg, Pa., two pieces of cinder block were tossed through the windows of Sandusky’s State College home. The 67-year-old disgraced coach has been charged with 40 counts of sexual abuse against minors over a 15-year period.
An NBC report said that Sandusky was not home at the time, and that the State College Police have no suspects. A plastic bag covered one of the windows, according to several reports.
The sex scandal that has rocked the campus resulted in Paterno’s firing, as well as that of university president Graham Spanier. Two former administrators - Tim Curley and Gary Schultz - have been charged with perjury and failure to report the allegations. ..Source.. by Kevin Armstrong & Christian Red
