3-29-2009 Ohio:A sex offender's phone and cable service was cut apparently by someone disgruntled with him residing nearby.
According to a Ross County Sheriff's Office report, the landlord of a residence on the 300 block of Valley Drive reported "all the neighbors are in an uproar" because he had rented to a sex offender.
The cable and phone lines were cut and dragged down to Ohio 772 sometime between 9 a.m. and 12:55 p.m. Thursday. ..News Source.. by Chillicothe Gazette.
