11-21-16 Montana:
A Great Falls woman is accused of stabbing a man suspected of sexually abusing children.
Tracy Lynn Bossie is charged with one count of assault with a weapon, a felony, for allegedly stabbing Wallace Bossie Jr. on Saturday. She made her initial court appearance Monday on a $200,000 arrest warrant.
Charging documents say Tracy Bossie pulled up to Great Falls Fire Station 1 Saturday with her horn blaring. Firefighters made contact with her, the report says, and saw that she had multiple injuries to both arms and was covered in blood.
Documents say she told the firefighters she stabbed someone, specifically Wallace Bossie Jr., because he had been recently charged with sexually assaulting children. She also told them she stabbed him multiple times in the neck and back, and that she thought he was dead, documents say.
The report says officers found Wallace Bossie Jr. in a recliner at a residence in the 1500 block of 19th Ave. South. He was transported to the emergency room where he reportedly said, “Tracy stabbed me.”
The report says multiple confrontations between Tracy and Wallace Bossie have been reported in recent weeks.
The report also says Tracy Bossie told medical staff she had been drinking alcohol that night.
Court documents filed in Wallace Bossie Jr.’s case say he sexually assaulted a male child between the ages of 4 and 17 multiple times, and sexually assaulted another male child between the ages of 8 and 9 on at least two occasions about 10 years ago.
He is charged with four felony sex crimes against a minor, and was arrested last week on a $75,000 warrant.
Reports say an individual confronted him about the allegations between Nov. 3 and Nov. 5, and he attempted to kill himself. ..Source.. by Andrea Fisher
